Your Life Coach:
Petra Beumer received her masters degree in psychology at the University of Hamburg, Germany. She has been working as a psychotherapist, facilitator and lifestyle consultant since 1988.
In her work she focuses on helping her clients to overcome negative thought patterns and choosing thoughts that are beneficial. The mind becomes the most important ally in achieving the goal of reaching a healthy weight permanently.
Her mission is to enhance her clients’ lives by enabling them to make positive changes, to overcome feelings of stagnation and to achieve optimal health and well-being.
