How long have you been working in Aesthetics?

13 years

What 3 things can your patients do to take 5-10 years off their face?

  1. Muscle relaxers such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin
  2. Dermal Fillers

What are your go to Aesthetic procedures?

Botox, Fillers, Skincare

What 5 products do you swear by?

Hyaluronic Acid

Vitamin C Serum

Retin A

Hydroquinone

Sunblock

What is your AM and PM skin routine?

AM- Cleanse and Exfoliate, Vitamin C Serum, Hyaluronic Acid, eye cream, Hydroquinone, Glycolic Acid, Sun Block

PM- Cleanse, Hydroquinone, Retin A or Stem Cell Serum, Eye Cream and Lip Hydration.

What single product can you not live without?

Hyaluronic Acid

What is the number one mistake patients make with their skin?

Not using sunscreen and not cleansing before bedtime.

What do you recommend for dehydrated skin?

Hyaluronic Acid and Coconut Oil

If you could only do one thing, botox, laser or filler, which would it be?

Botox

Do you change your routine with products frequently?

I try and not use products all from one line, I switch it up, and I do change frequently what I use. I use what works for me!

How often do you exfoliate?

Daily and gently.

How often do you recommend laser skin treatments?

IPL best to do a series of three spaced 1 month a part. If a patient has had a three series before, they should do 2-4 IPL treatments a year.

If a patient wants to avoid surgery what do you recommend they do?

Have a skin consultation and try botox and fillers. They are amazing products that lift the skin and re-support structures in the face. Collagen stimulates such as Sculptra or Bellafill are longer lasting and improve the skin.
