I recently moved to Santa Barbara from Michigan with my husband and two children. Although I grew up and spent most of my life in Ann Arbor, Michigan, my heart has always belonged on the west coast. My grandma was a Marine in World War II as a photojournalist and stationed in Santa Barbara. Living here truly has been living in paradise.
I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. Upon graduation I worked in surgical nursing and surgical intensive care. I met my husband, (an Ojai native) while at Michigan when he was completing his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency. Two kids and lots of hard work later, we are happy to finally call Santa Barbara our home.
I am so thrilled to be a part of the team of amazing providers at Turner Medical Arts. I’ve always had a passion for medical esthetics, which was reaffirmed during my time assisting the facial plastic surgery team at The University of Michigan. I subsequently pursued my own path into esthetics, completing several training courses and on the job mentoring. I truly love bringing joy and confidence to my patients.
