
Kirsten is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who is committed to providing high quality compassionate care in all facets of women’s gynecological health by supporting patients through knowledge and shared decision making. Kirsten is passionate about helping empower women to take control of their health and well-being throughout their lifespan, treating patients from contraception and early pregnancy through menopause.
Kirsten earned her first degree at UCLA where she graduated with a BA in European Studies, she then taught English abroad before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing in Women’s Health at California State University, Long Beach. Kirsten is highly passionate about women’s health and as a provider is considerate, organized, and dedicated to the highest standards of practice and care.
Prior to her career as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner focusing on Obstetrics and Gynecology, Kirsten was a NICU nurse at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles for five years where she cared for critically ill infants and worked with multidisciplinary teams to produce, organize, and implement plans of care for patients. Kirsten recently moved to Santa Barbara with her husband, who grew up in Montecito. She enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and designing her new home.
